Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor''s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
At least 4 years’ in depth hand’s on application development experience in Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x
Certified Pega Consultants - Certifications one or more (LSA, CSSA, CSA)
Experience in Pega Customer Decisioning Hub , NBA/NBO
Hands on project experience on Pega Marketing module.
Strong knowledge of Pega Customer Service (Chat, Co-Browse, Call)
At least 4 year of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment and has client interfacing skills.
Analytical skills
At least 2 years’ experience in PL/SQL and shell (Unix/Linux) scripting
At least 2 years’ experience in database Oracle or MS/SQL
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
