Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
Determine possible cause of the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
Identify and escalate priority issues

Working Knowledge in:
Teamcenter Architecture (4 Tier, Active Workspace
Teamcenter Installation & Configuration
Interspec skill is Mandatory.
Teamcenter Modules like: Part Management, Document / Specification Management, BOM Management, Change Management etc
