Job Title* Teamcenter Developer

Technical/Functional Skills
Must have hands-on experience working with Teamcenter 9 & beyond
Support process architect in To-Be process definition through quick prototypes, proof of concepts, quick technical feasibility checks
Support process architects in use case documentation
Support process architects on documenting Functional Requirements & Specifications.
Install and setup local development / sandbox environments of Teamcenter V9.1.
Develop proof of concepts (Design options and Design Alternates) for critical Design concepts on sandbox environment
Set up conference room pilots and planned functionality demonstrations
Update To-Be process, functional specification and use case on need basis
Re-use Proof of Concept design approach/solution to document and develop fine detailed solution.
Design and Configure “To-Be” system with the use cases scenarios described in the work stream functional specification document
Document detailed technical solution
Collaborate with the Design engineers and Drafters to collect CAD/Design BOM related data and taxonomy analysis.
Responsible for collecting and analyzing Variant Rules, options and attributes for Various Product structures (e.g ITO/sales max case, Planning template, Product standardization template, Product structuring template)
Strong understanding of BOM management processes in multiple functions of ETO and CTO organizations, including but not limited to engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze the complex data provided by SMEs across multiple departments and businesses
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Strong understanding of Change and Configuration Controls Management processes in multiple functions of ETO and CTO organizations, including but not limited to engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
Roles & Responsibilities
Teamcenter Developer:
Develop ITK/C++/JAVA based customization for Teamcenter
Develop SOA based customizations for Teamcenter
Develop Dispatcher based customization and configurations for Teamcenter.
Develop Code-full and Codeless customizations in BMIDE
Develop PLMXML related solutions
Develop stylesheet related customizations using XML/XSL/XSL-FO in both RAC and AWC.
Develop HTML based reporting
Developer
Develop UML models for the intended design
Develop Algorithms and Pseudo code
Develop C++, JAVA, HTML and XSL based programs
Generic Managerial Skills
Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Eagerness to mentor junior team members
Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office tools. Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to document use cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage
Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
