Title: Teamcenter Admin
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Woodridge, IL
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience managing and administering Teamcenter environments
Role: / Responsibilities:
Provide prompt resolution of day to day technical support issues
Provide User Training to the Organization
Participate in the collection of business requirements and analyze complexity to recommend efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Configure Teamcenter BMIDE, BOM Management, Access control, Change Management, Dispatcher Configuration, and other modules of Teamcenter
Ensure that all development and/or corrective software has been fully tested and documented
Report to PLM Manager to identify risks and recommend steps for escalation, prioritization and risk mitigation
Provides system analysis, design, development, debugging, testing, installation and support of business-oriented applications
Deploy applications through development, test, training and production environments
Provide technical support for business-critical applications
Perform root cause analysis for issues in production environment
Prepare documentation (user manuals) and training material for end users
Prepare and maintain application technical documents

Skills / Qualifications:
Broad Teamcenter application experience, preferably in a Teamcenter 11 environment
Broad experience with Teamcenter CAD integrations including NX, SWIM and IPEM
Ability to interface with customers and provide group and one-on-one support and training
Ability to work with all staff levels to ensure proper communication of project status and to identify and escalate issues as appropriate
Prior manufacturing interface experience required, automotive and/or trucking industry experience desire
Must exhibit the highest professionalism, self-initiative, enthusiasm, and work ethic.

Other Skills:
The PLM Administrator will provide front-line Teamcenter application support and will be the technical subject matter expert responsible for evaluation and implementation of new technology initiatives.
The successful candidate will support, implement, enhance and maintain current Teamcenter and other applications.
Responsibilities include technical analysis and design, application development and deployment to support business requirements.
Candidate will provide innovative leadership and skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
