Job Description:
Study As-Is environment, develop strategies to upgrade existing Teamcenter implementation
Sound knowledge on Teamcenter Implementation and customization using ITK
Design and develop Utilities, handlers, custom applications using ITK
Create functional requirements & specifications document
Build and execute unit test cases for TC
Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders
Set and manage stakeholders'' expectations, demonstrating technical skills to effectively influence key contacts and recommend solutions
Understand customers’ goals and objectives in order to identify what change initiatives are needed for the customer to be more efficient and productive
Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality
Communicate project processes, progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption
Co-ordinate and Mentor team members
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
BE degree in Mechanical and/or Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent knowledge of PLM
8-10 years of designing and implementing Teamcenter solution
Previous experience on Teamcenter implementation project
Experience in leading and coordinating with group of consultants during a software implementation
Present complex information and communicate with an effective manner for a given audience
Communicate with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence, and persuasiveness
Multiple years working in a customer facing environment
Good communication skills at various levels throughout an organization
