Job Description :
· Expert knowledge of Taleo recruitment and Onboarding modules
· Hands-on configuration and personalization of Taleo Recruitment and Onboarding
· Knowledge of latest capabilities
· Prior use of Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) for training material recording and development
· Strong documentation skills for requirements, design, process flows, and other project deliverables
· Must be able to lead a client team of individuals to implement the applications to meet client requirements, while maintaining Taleo standard functionality
· Must be a person who drives task completion according to the project schedule
