· Candidate will need to be able to create tables/files that will be ready to load into Workday
Job Description:
Client is going through a Workday implementation and they will be doing a data conversion between their legacy Taleo recruiting system to Workday’s recruiting module.
They are looking for a Developer/Analyst with experience with the Taleo Connect Client applications. Candidates will likely have a Peoplesoft/Workday or other type of HR System background.
Candidates should have experience with Taleo Connect Client (TCC), as we need to bring on a resource who is experienced with Taleo recruiting data model to extract data from Taleo for our data conversion from Taleo to Workday. In addition to having the TCC experience, we would also expect the ideal candidate to have experience building database tables and producing conversion load files, as this person would be expected to also handle the mapping of setup values in Taleo to setup values in Workday and the transformation routines required to produce the data files in a specified file format that is needed to load into Workday. This person will not do the load into Workday, as someone else will take the files provided by this person and run our EIBs to load Workday. Candidates should also be able to self-manage and be familiar with Linux environment, file management, and script writing. There is a large volume of resumes that need to be migrated to Workday.
So to recap, we don’t need a Workday person for this one, but it won’t hurt either if they have TCC and Workday. The main focus here is solid experience with Taleo data structures and deep experience with TCC and data conversion mapping/extract experience with the database table built expertise.
