Job Description
Taleo Configuration Analyst assists with technical support activity, related procedures, tools, and templates. Works closely under direction of team lead to implement new functionality for Global Recruiting including: configuration changes, workflow related changes, personalizations, new fields, lookup codes, and OBI reporting. Coordinates with Global Enterprise Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to identify requirements, test (UAT/Regression), train, and provide technical support.
Interacts with other HR Technology team members and Talent Acquisition COEs to implement new system functionality.
Responsible for Taleo configuration changes, workflow related changes, personalizations, new fields, lookup codes, and OBI reporting.
Responsible for maintenance of Taleo to HRMS integrations and providing assistance to both Taleo and Oracle HRMS support teams when troubleshooting issues.
Responsible for providing backup assistance when troubleshooting Taleo security issues.
Responsible for Taleo Configuration Change Control and Related Documentation:
Configuration change control
Managing the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software,
Identifying and maintaining the original configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, and related documentation,
Tracking all problems and changes in product documents and reports changes and current configurations,
Supporting/conducting audits to verify that requirements of all baselines have been met.
Supporting quality assurance process audits.
Responsible for creating functional requirements documents for system enhancement projects.
Defines User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and develops comprehensive test scripts.
Develops/Modifies End-User documentation and training materials and may assist in delivering End-User training
Identifies process improvement areas and developing future business process flows
Runs queries against both Taleo and Oracle HRMS to help with troubleshooting integration issues.
