1) 8-10 years experience with ETL and Datawarehousing

2) Experience with building mid to large DWH (hundreds/tens of millions records) on Redshift using Talend.

3) Design ETL routines that follow industry best practices and align to changes in technology and advancements.

4) Experience in working with different external and internal teams and offshore teams as well.

5) Manage and own deliverables

6) Performance tuning both Talend Integration Cloud and Redshift

7) Root cause analysis of failures and issues.

8) Ability to prioritize, plan and execute in a fast paced work environment
