Mandatory Skill Set:
User centered / user empathetic design
Leading, guiding and/or conducting user research
Experience building data visualization capabilities using Tableau
Experience working in Lean/Agile software development and rapid iterative design and delivery of products
Excellent collaboration skills teaming with clients, product managers, developers, fellow designers, and related teams
Ability to develop visual designs, branding and data visualizations to produce modern, compelling products
Experience with responsive and mobile design
Ability to communicate design rationale to stakeholders and continuously advocate for the end user
Experience with design software tools such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud suite Application overview for the development activity
Development of a single interface for all orgs to get the information they need to run the business.
