Key Skills (Tableau v. 9 ; V. 10 ; Hadoop, ETL, Cognos, Green Plum, etc) would help.

They are on Tableau v. 9 and will eventually go to V. 10 so of anyone has that experience, that would be great.

The primary functions of this position are to interpret business requirements and translate into visually appealing stories to provide actionable outcomes for business leaders. This position plays an important role in providing quality analyses and reports to management to support strategic decision making. They will be expected to analyze business processes, functions and procedures to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and design solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. This position requires active involvement to support WellCare’s Tableau adoption effort.
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
-Works directly with management and users to scope, quantify, analyze, specify, and design business intelligence solutions
-Provide rich looking Tableau dashboards as part of POCs and Tableau training to business
-Provides insight to developers and managers about system and process issues
-Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data to generate statistical and analytical Tableau dashboards
-Performs research, analysis and forecasting related to Key Performance Indicators and other business analytics needs.
-Develops analytics to study business problems through the Tableau Center of Excellence (CoE
-Coordinates and conducts test plans, test cases, and scripts for business intelligence products.
-Documents work as relevant for future use and maintenance.
-Collaborates between multiple business and technical units in the process of solving problems.
-Creates formal presentations and Tableau dashboards for key stakeholders as needed.
-Helps develop high quality infrastructure or quantitative analysis tools; normalizes data for reporting ease.

Required Experience/Education: -Bachelor’s degree, 2 + years of Tableau development, 2 + years of experience performing significant data, analysis and report development, 2+

2+ years of experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Knowledge of relational databases (3 or more greater years of working experience preferred)
Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases, database structures.
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
2 or more years of experience leveraging business acumen, data and system understanding, and effective communication and consultation skills, to successfully deliver data to stakeholders.
