MUST HAVE EXP ON TABLEAU AND SAS (We need a Tableau Developers with SAS exp (Must need SAS exp) NO H1b and H4
Skills/Experience – The most important must-have skills. Include:
Minimum 6 years of development experience with multiple BI and analytic tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Qlik, Cognos and/or SAS with an emphasis on the creation of visualizations, dashboards, and interactive reports.
Demonstrated experience with big data tools including hadoop, pig, hive, spark, impala, Cassandra, etc.
Strong UI/UX skills and strong grasp of visualization design principles required.
Strong data skills including analysis, framework modeling, performance optimization.
Score Card Rate: 1 to 10
1. Strong experience in Agile Scrum development methodology (need to showcase couple of examples of Story Cards they worked on and average number of story points they delivered in a given Sprint) 2. Any prior experience in rewriting reports from MS Access to dashboards in Tableau. Couple of screen shots of the dashboards they developed that have drill down capabilities 3. Experience in leveraging the following features of Tableau
3.1 Complex features like:
Charts: Donut, Sankey, Milestones etc.
Features: Calculated Fields, Parameters, Action
Sophisticated calculations and statistical functions
Scenarios and What-if analysis
3.2 Using Tableau along with HTML
3.3 Integrating Tableau with analytical tools like R and Python, Rshiny
3.4 Utilizing most advanced features of Tableau
Auto-report generation, auto-scheduling and report send-off to recipients
Voice enabled Tableau
