Experience in UX design2) Experience in EDW BI3) Data Analysis skills with process improvement4) 3+ years Tableau report/dashboard development5) Tableau v9.x and/or v10.x6) Tableau Server7) Relational databases / SQL: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.8) Expertise to create impactful visualizations, interactive dashboards, and reports with strong data analysis skills9) Understanding of visual design principles such as graphic design, layout, color, or typography10)Has significant experience working with larger data sets and with the use of Tableau extract files11)Has experience with performance tuning specific to Tableau12)Strong Communication skills
