Mandatory Skill/Expertise
Advanced or Expert skill level in Tableau 10+, including but not limited to proficiency in using parameters, level of detail calculations, context filters/order of operations, dynamic sets, data joins/blends/unions, and complex table calculations.
Experience in generating business requirements from both analysts and non-analysts
Strong knowledge and skills in SQL
Ability to work collaboratively on technical build of dashboards with stakeholder (trade off technical tasks with staff proficient in Tableau)
Desirable Skill/Expertise
Experience or training in user-centered design
Ability to work independently
Demonstrated background in graphic design or data visualization design principles
Experience as a Tableau Server administrator (particularly in Server 10+)
Experience working with health or emergency response data
