WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience as a system analyst for a data analytics, performance management system, or data warehousing project.
5 Experiencing acquiring data from multiple data sources/technologies for use by a Tableau data visualization object. Technologies should include Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, CSV, and Adobe Pdf files
5 Experience iteratively developing dashboards and reports using Tableau using best-in-class data visualizations.
5 Experience in improving performance of dashboards; specifically tuning data extracts for Tableau and SQL scripts used in extracts
5 Work with Data modeling and ETL teams in providing the data requirements based on reporting requirements.
3 Combine, shape, and clean data using Tableau Prep for use in Tableau Desktop.
2 Experience on an agile sprint team
3 Experience developing Dashboards that conform to ADA standards for accessible design.
Yes Understanding of security principles and how they apply to healthcare data
Strong Experience with state-of-the-art software components for a performance metrics data visualization or business intelligence environment
Strong Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong Effectively manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize conflicting assignments, and switch quickly between assignments, as required.
Yes Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business or equivalent experience.

3+ Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry
2+ Prior experience with an HHS agency
2+ Tableau Desktop/Server Certification
2+ Experience with JIRA Software
