Activex Forms/MDM
Excel VBS
Finance/supply chain domain background is plus
Responsibilities:
Work as Cognos TM1 Sr. Developer
Incident, problem and service outage management
Working with Leads and participate in Development acttivities such as development of Cubes, Dimensions, Cube Rules, TI processes, TM1 input templates and reports.
Understand the requirement for planning module assigned, data flow, planning and reporting needs.
Prepare detail design of TM1 solution
Follow best design practice by IBM to build optimal TM1 model
System Integration Testing
Participate in UAT
User Training
Application rollout support
Help Leads / Project Managers with estimation of build efforts
Simple and standard service request fulfillment/Project provisioning
Gathering requirements from project teams covering areas such as capacity, users, data
Understand the current environment and ability to suggest optimizations
Provide 24x7 production system support
Log technical support tickets with vendor
Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues with reports and data model
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Strong, proactive verbal and written communication skills and client interactions.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple internal customers
