Role- Tibco Spotfire Consultant CTH
The Platform Manager will be part of a professional services team supporting end clients with day to day administration and technical support of their Tibco Spotfire platform. On a day to day, this Platform Manager will be responsible with administration within Spotfire, implementing changes, upgrades and patches, monitoring health of the platform, responding to tickets from internal CRM system, answering user questions, utilizing Automation Services to create and schedule automated jobs, and adding new DXP reports. In addition, the Platform Manager will be involved with working with the Cloud Platform team that is currently utilizing Azure AD (With a plan to transition to AWS) to enable end user access to Spotfire.
Required Skills:
5+ years’ experience utilizing Tibco Spotfire particularly with administration of the platform.
3+ years’ experience with Azure or AWS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with frequent interactions of end users.
Consultative mindset and ability to present new ideas and ways to overcome challenges.
Preferred or Nice to Have Skills:
Life Sciences or Medical Device industry experience a plus.
BS or related technical degree a plus
