Position: TIBCO/Microservices/AWS Lead

Who are we looking for?
A strong technically-oriented individual to work as a TIBCO/Microservices/AWS Lead at client location with the below expectations.
At least 9+ years of relevant IT experience.
Strong integration skills and API development skills using languages like Java, Node JS
Good knowledge of design patterns and their applications in appropriate requirements.
Should be able mentor a team of developers understand their code and suggest improvements.
Study and understand the architecture specifications put forward by the EA team thoroughly to design appropriate software solutions.
As a Tech Lead the candidate is expected to, adapt to a dynamic work environment. Stay updated with latest in technology and always think customer first.
Suggest improvements and optimize existing implementations.
Experience working with the below technologies.
Spring Boot, Swagger, Apache Camel, Node JS, Maven, Gradle, CI/CD, Docker
AWS EKS, AWS EK (ElasticSearch), AWS CloudWatch, AWS Cloudtrail, AWS CloudFormation
Apache Camel
Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Ansible
Strong scripting skills (e.g. Python, Bash etc
Perform Code Reviews and suggest improvements.
Optimize code, database queries and suggest best coding practices to meet scaling needs.
Create good environment in team, guide and mentor other members.
Technical Skills:
Must have technical knowledge in TIBCO, CAMEL, KAFKA, ESB practice, Camunda, Microservices.
