Job Description :
Must have 3+ years of end to end, hands on design, development and implementation experience with enterprise application integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x, Administrator, HAWK, UNIX, Oracle 10g and to be able to develop and support TIBCO BW applications.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will be responsible for:

Code Deployments following standard ITIL Change Management Practices
Production Support and On-call rotation
Participation in Root Cause analysis post Rapid response call/ Incident tickets
Analyze and update Tibco code and configurations related to life-cycle and problem resolution
Support DevOps/Continuous Integration – Continuous Deployment framework (CI/CD)
Participation in Disaster Recovery exercises

Job Qualifications

Required Skills / Experience:

3+ years of related experience
Expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent technical, logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Expertise and detailed knowledge of TIBCO Administrator, Business Works, XML technologies (XML, WSDL, XSD, XPath, XSLT), Web Services (SOAP and REST), Java and J2EE technologies
Demonstrated ability to analyze technical information
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong project/team leadership skills
Knowledge of Change Control and ITIL Processes
This individual must be willing to provide rotational Off-hours support (24 * 7)
Exposure to UCV-TS, HAWK and RVD

Computer Proficiency:

TIBCO Business Works 5.x (including 5.2.1, 5.3.2 and potentially higher versions)
TIBCO Admin 5.x
TIBCO UCV-TS 4.3 and higher
TIBCO RVD/RVRD (Rendezvous)
Experience with the following technologies a plus
Windows Server 2008 and higher
Linux RHEL 5 and higher
Insurance domain experience a plus.
