Job Description :

"• Requires a minimum of five years hands-on experience in multi-site heterogeneous network environments.
5+ years of experience in supporting deployment & troubleshooting of Web Services and Messaging applications in a non-production and production environment.
Experience supporting a JMS messaging infrastructure (TIBCO EMS and/or IBM WebSphere MQ)
Solid J2EE Application Server (preferably JBoss or WebSphere) experience
Experience with Windows 2008/2012 and Linux deployed in a Virtual Environment (VMWare)
Knowledge of databases and database technology (Oracle/MSSQL Server)
People who are seasoned tibco administrators who have done design and installs of Tibco infrastructure BW/EMS installs from scratch in clients with large infrastructures.
Ability to script and automate day to day tasks (primarily deployments/start /stop)
Ability to understand and work with Development teams/Leads/Architects
Ability with setting up Performance tuning practice in TIBCO BW/EMS/ASG
Overall trouble shooting , SSL, memory, messaging issues , using tools to speed up incidents and problems.
Ability to independently drive conversations and oversee quality of work and deliverables from offshore teams in these areas
MQ and MFT experience optional- desire to learn this is needed.
