Title : TIBCO Admin
Location – Austin TX (Las Cimas- West Austin)
Contract- 12 months to start, keep on until told no or can hire as a team member
Timeline for interviewing and start- Start ASAP
Open to interviewing this week- Tuesday afternoon and wed morning next week avail for interviewing
Ø At least 4 years with TIBCO experience- EMS, BusinessWorks, Business Connect, SpotFire
Ø Agile experience is preferred- not required
Ø Scripting is a hard requirement, don’t have to be an expert but can muddle through and get a script working, they can work with them- 1 years
Ø SQL experience- 3 or more years ideal- if used to scripting not a problem
Ø Network concepts helpful- able to troubleshoot and determine what component causing the issue-
Top 3 responsibilities:
50-60% ticket work- communication, wrangling investigations chasing things thru, coming up with a solution
Deployments for the rest of the time
Flavor of UNIX- RHEL- Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Candidate requirements for Systems Support Analyst role on Apps & Tools Team
Skills:
Need-to-have:
· Tibco administration experience (EMS, Business Works, Business Connect, SpotFire) (at least 4 years
· 4 or more years Integration/Middleware experience/SOA methodology.
· Production-level integration support, systems analysis, and implementation services in a large data center environment (4 years)
· Mastery skill level in systems analysis techniques and Agile Scrum project management
· Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python, Powershell, etc (at least 1 year)
· 3 or more years database SQL experience.
· Understanding of data standards and governance.
· Strong communication skills.
· Experience with Agile methodology.
· JMS - Enterprise Service Bus a plus.
· Strong Experience working with production critical systems in high pressure situations
· Strong system implementation, architecture, fault tolerance/DR, performance enhancement and process automation experience
· Experience installing and configuring web servers and application servers
· Proactive approach to resolving all IT & Operational issues before they become critical
· Experience in all phases of a project lifecycle
· Understanding of basic network concepts, familiarity with TCP/IP and VLAN functionality (at least 2 years)
· Proficiency in essential UNIX commands like grep, top, df, du, and ps. (2+ years)
· Proficiency using VI or VIM text editors (at least 2+ years)
· Proficiency with Active Directory – administration, structure, and management. (at least 2 years)
· Proficiency with monitoring applications – System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Datadog, Orion, WhatsUp, Nagios, etc. (at least 2+ years)
· Documentation and repository management and upkeep
Nice-to-have:
· Service Now ticketing and change management
· Familiarity with AWS including administering endpoints hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS (1 year preferred)
· Familiarity with Python, YAML or JSON. (1 year preferred)
· ITIL processes and framework. (1 year preferred)
· Experience with SOX Compliance Audits
