Duration: Open for Contract ( 6-12 months)
REQUIRED : TIBCO ACTIVE MATRIX BPM
· Knowledge of the Integration and BPM software space
· Ability to work in an Agile environment
· Knowledge or familiairity of TIBCO products or comparable TIBCO competitor products and their supporting technologies
· Analysis and design skills
· Knowledge of technologies and programming languages built into or supporting TIBCO products, including: XPATH, XML, SQL, JAVA, XML, HTML, UNIX and MS WIndows operating systems, application servers, EJBs, JSP and Servlets
· Understanding of SOA or Messaging integration and familiarity with Web Services, AngularJs and Javascript frameworks
· Good presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills
· Articulates ideas and thoughts easily and clearly (written and verbal)
· Design and develop in one or more areas solutions based on TIBCO technology.
· Identify and analyse functional requirements, identify gaps and omissions, and create quality designs
· Work on design or development projects with minimal supervision
· Understand and follow project standards and ensure their use.
· Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions
· Share knowledge with team members through formal and informal channels.
· Adapt to changing goals but maintaining appropriate priorities.
· Use good judgment when prioritizing goals.
· Communicate challenges or risks appropriately.
