Background - the project involves trying to convert the TFS build structure from an old technology to a current / new build structure. To do that, they are building apps and source code and need to have someone who has used Octopus with Windows Services publishing someone with installs exp - setting up auto deploys. Exp with Powershell scripting is very important - configuring with powershell. They have 10 apps that use the same script, and they need to make sure the upgrade and config is seemless, so they can''t just be familiar with Octopus, they need to know how to install, configure, etc.

TFS Requirements:
Understand TFS 2010 XAML build definition in order to convert to the new TFS 2015 builds (vNext
Familiar with Nuget, and its repository (ProGet
Automating build process.
Experience in TFS Command line and Powershell for automation.
Team Foundation Power Tools.
Experience in branching strategy & supporting parallel development & deployment using different branches.
SSDT/DB Projects Setup
TFS Rest API
Octopus Deploy (v3.13) Requirements:
IIS - Application installs
Window Services - Application installs
Steps utilizing PowerShell
Email notification
Tenants/Tags
Know how to install Octopus locally to test/verify new changes.
