Sr. Technical Lead
Responsibilities:
Designing overall architecture of the application/modules
Excellent in C#/OOPs concepts and code the core logics/modules
Designing database structure and writing complex stored procedures
Able to understand the requirements from the client and if required, document the same such that onshore/offshore teams can develop
Reviewing peer code
Maintaining the codebase of the projects in TFS
Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome
Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
Use project’s best practices and coding standards
Working with the business team at onsite and coordinating the effort with offshore team.
should work in the off-hours to coordinate with offshore (maybe from early morning CST)
Managing and leading the project team.
Requirements:
Bachelor / Masters degree in Computer Science
Around 8-10 years of total IT experience with a development background in Web based applications, CNET
Visual studio IDE 12.0 and above
Code repositories TFS and Git
SQL Server 2008 and above
Jquery and AJAX
Angular JS and Node JS
C#, MVC, windows services, WCF, Web API, ORM tools like Entity Framework, Enterprise library
Hosting and configuring websites on IIS 7.5 and above
Using developer tool on chrome browser to analyze and debug client side code
Very strong knowledge of Agile / SCRUM based development model.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with Excellent inter-personal and mentoring skills.
Knowledge / prior experience of Automotive based domain would be an added advantage.
