Title: TDM Developer/Admin
Location –Horsham, PA
JD:
1. Expertise in Implementing TDM Platform capabilities ( Using tools & Custom components) - Test Data Acquisition, Test Data Generation, Test Data Repository/Re-use, Data Refresh
2. Defining TDM architecture – Functional and Technical Architecture
3. Synthetic Data Generation – Experience in Implementing custom solution for Synthetic Data Generation capability
4. Data Modeling , Data Profiling experience
5. Domain Specific experience :
a. Healthcare EDI transactions – EDI 837, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277
b. Understanding of Member, product, Provider, Claims data elements
c. Understanding of Interactions between Member, Provider and Claims Applications
Responsibilities
1. Define the functional capability and interfaces application/environment as part of the solution
2. Work with customer to gather and prioritize the requirements
3. Build TDM platform capability Roadmap and Implementation approach
4. Define, Develop and Implement TDM capabilities – Test Data Acquisition, Test Data Generation, Test Data Repository/Re-use, Data Refresh
5. Define the Data Management Process & procedures
a. Data Governance
b. Test Data Request Management
6. Evaluate tool options (Optum, Cognizant and Open Source) – Detail Pros & cons and Recommend choice of tool for the implementation
