Description:
This is a Systems Tester role. Need a Systems tester with BA skills- Excellent communication skills.
1.Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
2.Experience working at an organization going through an Agile transformation
3.Work with stakeholders to define and develop user stories and acceptance criteria
4.Capture User Stories, Backlog using tools such as JIRA
Utilize project coordination expertise and support upstream and downstream communication.
5.Analyze requirements to see how they can be developed into testable elements
6.Hands on shell scripting experience and Capture test cases in ALM
7.Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
8.Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
9.Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
10.Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Qualifications:
1.Master''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
2.5-7 years’ experience required
3.Knowledge in quantitative financial analytics (preferably in mortgage credit risk analytics), Data Analysis / Data Mining
4.Strong development experience in SQL and Unix shell scripting skills
5.SAS is a plus. Java and C++ are good-to-have
6.Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end.
MUST HAVES:
1.Hands on shell scripting experience and Capture test cases in ALM
2.Agile experience
3.Strong development experience in SQL and Unix shell scripting skills
