Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, highly detailed, organized and outgoing individual to support one of our major nationwide clients. The successful applicant should be able to quickly adapt their knowledge to the current IT environment and be able to enhance the current systems in place. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills so as to be understood by technical and non-technical personnel.

Job Summary :

Systems software engineers conceptualize, design, construct, install, maintain and repair computer systems. They advise users regarding the technical direction of their computer systems based on their needs. In addition, computer systems software engineers may be responsible for system security and data assurance, as well as the installation of intranets. During the development of new systems, computer systems software engineers keep documentation, such as flowcharts, diagrams and reports. They may also develop performance requirements and specifications, conduct evaluations, observe usability studies and direct programming.


Essential Job Functions:

Test Services supports technology testing, in both a physical and virtual laboratory.
Support multiple customer testing environments and production baselines testing.
You will be responsible for planning, schedules, equipment and diagnostics required for testing and evaluation both standard and special devices.
Configure test environment to test software and devices introduction into the environment.



Requirements :

Candidates need secret clearance or Public Trust
Candidates must be US Citizen.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
8 years progressive experience in IT systems engineering or related areas
ITIL v3 Foundations
Detail oriented, ability to create and execute documented test procedures
Ability to develop test cases and procedures from requirements or test cases
Experience with test automation frameworks


Estimated initial contract period : 13 months
