This position will be part of a talented team that is responsible for the growth, on going maintenance and development of a large infrastructure.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with strong work habits and have strong foundations in Windows operating
system.

Designing, Configuring, Maintaining, and Supporting the Active Directory forests.

Perform as a senior member of the systems administration team to support the installation, optimization, integration,
troubleshooting, backup, recovery, modification, security, and upgrading of IT systems and components to provide
services that enable customers to effectively apply IT to business requirements.

Have knowledge of tools and mechanisms for distributing new or upgraded software to ensure customers receive current versions of supported software, as they become available.

Shall be able to work with other senior staff to recommend and design systems architecture and topology from both
general and specific perspectives.

Provide L3 support on a on-call support rotation model

Qualifications:

B. S. Degree qualification or equivalent experience

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft platforms and products including Windows 2008/2012/2016 Operating Systems
and Active Directory.


Must enjoy working and interfacing with a variety of technical and non-technical users.

An additional plus is experience in developing custom solutions and experience with Microsoft's Azure or Office 365
cloud-services platform.¿Candidate should possess deep technical expertise in Active Directory and can solve complex
technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting.

MCSE / MCTS / MCITP qualification desirable

Good understanding of ITIL/Service Management

Good understanding of the network and authentication protocols (SMB/CIFS, DNS, RPC, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, etc

Good understanding of security principles (User profiles, authentication, authorization, PKI:
EFS/SmartCard/Certificates)

Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery

Group Policies implementation and design and troubleshooting

Security and Administration of the Active Directory environment.

Fundamental networking knowledge IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc.

Either ADFS 2.0 and/or Forefront Identity Manager 2010 is a plus

Experience with LDAP directories

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

Desired experience in Active Directory Scripting technologies, PowerShell

Knowledge of hardware virtualization technologies

Working knowledge of Windows performance & memory troubleshooting

A working knowledge of SCOM would also be beneficial.

An awareness of other 3rd party Active Directory Monitoring Tools

Windows performance & memory troubleshooting


Knowledge of Microsoft server / fail-over clustering is a plus
