Seeking an experienced senior level engineer with enterprise expertise in the engineering and support of business desktop application profiles, including evaluating business needs and then performing the following based on those needs: engineering a complete end user experience, coordinating user acceptance testing, documenting and supporting the deployment of application profiles.
Candidate should have experience and working knowledge of GPO''s (Group Policy Objects), SCCM 2012/2016, DCM, active directory, Office 365, IE11, Firefox, security standards and engineering, technical documentation, evaluating, testing, and providing solutions within corporate standards.
Experience with operating system migrations, Windows 7/10 (x32/x64), excellent communication skills (verbal and written), are required.
Candidate will be responsible for utilizing various technologies to create and manage line of business specific Windows 7 and Windows 10 profiles across the United Airlines workspaces.
Analyze business requirements and recommend technologies that will enhance availability, reliability, scalability and security.
Work with various teams to provide a complete end user experience. Conduct proofs of concept and coordinate user acceptance testing of new solutions.
Collaborate and contribute as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive work environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.
Apply enterprise vision and standards to all projects. Prepare detailed documentation of all engineered work and solutions.
