Description:
Resource required to be at client site in Quincy, MA
* (alternate acceptable location would be Greenville, SC*
5 - 7 years of experience in IT industry on IBM Mainframes in the areas of application development and maintenance using IMS, CICS, COBOL, VSAM, JCL & DB2.
Exposure to the full cycle of software development including Requirements Analysis, Program Design, Development, Unit testing, System Testing, Integrated Testing, Maintenance and Documentation.
Sound analytical and problem solving skills with a good exposure to the key facets of leading teams to meet set objectives
Worked with the onsite – offshore model,main responsibilities include client expectation management, understanding of client requirements, provide estimations and cost effective solutions.
Good user communication ability and debugging skills, experience includes retail industry working knowledge.
Complex interface design and programming.
