Responsibilities:
Defines and managing the scope of business systems projects
Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability performance and support requirements of a system
Ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documents and map to approved requirements
Translates business requirements into technical and functional system requirements
Performs system analysis, design and configuration
Provides technical guidance on business impact and opportunities
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
Healthcare experience a plus
Strong problem solving/analytic skills
Concise, yet effective, communication style
Ability to align teams to drive results
A focus on personal accountability and deliverables, but also Corporate objectives/outcomes
Rapid learning ability and leading-edge learning style – Learning from all levels (not a top-down approach)
