Systems Analyst / FootPrints Specialist Job Details
Analyzes service requests to determine feasibility, extent of changes, resource requirements and project time estimates.
Provides daily production support, including maintenance of routine production control parameters, completion of
routine service requests and research problems.
Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system
processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements.
Provides daily production support within FootPrints to identify production problems and resolves systems problems.
Participates in conversions, mergers, and maintenance and development projects including analysis and testing.
Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties.
Systems Analyst / FootPrints Specialist Must Have Skills
Ability to pull data from FootPrints to satisfy various request that will come up in the transition activity (list of all request for this job action, with this condition
Be able to trace workflows in FootPrints to address questions that the SCADA teams.
Support the questions asked from the SCADA FootPrints users on how a particular request is routed.
Turn off access for users or groups and run reports on user activity, given we want all users eventually off.
Provide data support, copies/archives for system run down.
Understand the users, groups, job actions, report requirements provide support to the project team for any FootPrints
specific questions that come from the users.
