Job Description :
Primary Responsibilities:
Consult with users to evaluate business requirements, identify operating procedures, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
Define workflow processes that support the products being designed.
Solve unique and complex problems related to data management topics that have large business impact.
Interact with Project Managers to achieve project plan targets and priorities.
Translate highly complex data-related concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
Influence product stakeholders to adopt new ideas and approaches.
Effectively builds features and user stories in an agile environment that align with the Technical Product Manager’s product roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of Systems Analysis or Consulting experience (consulting between the business and a technical team, serving as a liaison)
5+ years of Experience breaking down requirements into Feature Level requirements and User Stories in an Agile environment
5+ years of Experience in data management functions (e.g., data warehousing, ETL, business intelligence, Big Data (Hadoop preferred), cloud infrastructure)
Proficiency with MS Office applications including Visio
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Experience working with Manager level and above to define problems and priority of work
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare experience
Background in HealthCare Industry
Knowledge of Claims, Eligibility, Payer and Provider interactions
Healthcare data mapping experience
Capable to analyze and build data flow diagrams
1+ years of experience with Kafka, MapR, HIVE, Pig, Flume, CI/CD, Devops, , Spark, Streamsets, ELK stack, Datameer, Waterline, Aha!, CA Agile (Rally)
