Job Description :
Looking for a self-motivated individual who can clearly communicate with clients and the team to determine, gather, analyze, document and publish requirements and other forms of documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze problems and summarize findings.
Produce and maintain documentation that is clear and understandable by a wide audience using Microsoft Office products.
Analyze and document complex process flows using Microsoft Visio.
Assist with project management using Microsoft Project
Manage team Confluence and Sharepoint sites.
Create and utilize complex database queries.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Oracle database applications.
Experience defining and documenting complex process flow diagrams.
Experience writing and running queries using SQL.
Experience using Microsoft Office products to produce technical and presentation documentation.
Experience using Microsoft Visio.
Experience using Microsoft Project.
Experience using Confluence.
Experience using Sharepoint.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with business and technical personnel.
Ability to determine, gather, analyze, document and publish requirements and other documentation.
