IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Jr Access DBA/Reporting Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is a PART-TIME ONSITE position. Job Description:
Under Limited Supervision, the systems analyst is responsible for analyzing existing systems to assist in preparation of documentation including but not limited to Network diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Security Plans, Use Cases and Test Cases. The system analyst will also be involved in administration of GIS software and development of interactive GIS maps using ESRI software. The systems analyst will document new and existing systems.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-Demonstrated ability to form strong partnerships with both business and technical resources
-Exposure to data visualization software including ESRI and Tableau
-Ability to balance adherence to process with rapid delivery of benefit to the customer
-Experience with all aspects of creating and reviewing technical system documentation such as architectural diagrams, process flows and data flow diagrams
-Advanced experience with Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
-Strong customer focus
-Demonstrated skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, written and oral communications, and interpersonal interactions
-Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
-Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
-Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
