Systems Analysis with Oracle Incentive Compensation(OIC)

Duration: 4+ months

Summary:
This role would serve as a liaison between Human Resources and the IT department to illicit and document the required attributes of various compensation plan needs for the organization. These needs would then be translated into use cases or user stories for the IT Department to find solutions for.

This role could include the following tasks:
Requirements Analysis
Use Case Development
Acceptance Criteria Development
Creating Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data, and Test Plans Manual and Automated Testing

Experience:
5+ years Systems Analysis experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation
5+ (OIC)
