Job Description :
This position will work with DOA''s District Attorney IT program (DAIT) to provide services to 71 Wisconsin District Attorney offices. This individual will have lead responsibility for server management and will be responsible for ensuring the standardization of platforms across all DA offices.
This includes development of a plan, implementation, and an assessment of existing processes to identify additional opportunities to improve efficiencies. Approximately 25% of the deployed equipment is replaced each year.
Other responsibilities include deployment of software patches and updates, maintenance of local and remote Windows servers and desktops, Active Directory management, ARCserve backup management, Exchange/Office 365 email archiving, and Azure cloud-based storage management. Individuals in this position must complete a fingerprinted background check. Position may travel up to 15-20%. Local/Regional candidates are preferred but not a must.
