Duties: Minimum 2-3 years'' experience with Windows OS, networking, storage, and database technologies Minimum 3-5 years supporting a enterprise business applications Required Skills: Basic understanding of SDLC Experience gathering user requirements and drafts user requirements specification Experience supporting Business systems Experience working in a regulated industry supporting validated systems Significant experience supporting IT infrastructure and applications Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Domain Architecture, and networking Strong Knowledge and experience in application support and troubleshooting Working knowledge of NAS/SAN storage, Oracle and MS SQL databases, Virtual and physical platforms Proficient with PowerShell Scripting or equivalent scripting language Exceptional skills are required in the following: Communication Organizational/attention to detail Leadership/Mentoring Reliability and dependability Teamwork Analytical/prioritization and troubleshooting skills Customer service mindset Capable of working independently, effective at managing multiple tasks and projects, flexible and able to adapt quickly to new and changing situations Be able to identify problems, define problem statement clearly and accurately apply structured and disciplined methodology to identify data-driven root causes Education/ Experience/ Certifications :
