Job Description :
Migration from Exchange 2010 and into Exchange 2013
Troubleshoot WiFi Access Points (Cisco Air)
Monitor Network devices (routers, switches and firewalls)
Configure and monitor APC UPS units
Create files shares and AD security groups
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches
Manage print and file servers
Deploy non-standard apps
Troubleshoot network issues
Monitor incident ticking system ( BMC SDE )
Troubleshoot end user laptops and terminals OS and Apps issues
Manage VMware virtual machines
Desktop imaging
Troubleshoot ESXI hosts ( Dell servers) Tools used on daily basis:
SCCM 2012, Quest One Active Roles, SolarWinds, ManageEngine NetFlow Analyzer, Infoblox
Setup and preformed troubleshooting on laptops running Dell Data Protection and Encryption (IPAM, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Managed Switch Port Mapping, Cisco ACS, UPC StruxureWare Data Center, VMWare VCenter.
Update, close and open new ticket with BMC SDE software.
Configure Cisco router, switch and 1530I/E Outdoor wireless Access Point.
Configure AT&T Netgate router and modem for WAN and VPN connection.
Update Cisco switch configuration for TACACS and SolarWinds.
Support end user using RDP, NetFlow, Dameware, and SCCM remote connection.
