Job Description :
IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Systems Administrator to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE contract role. Only Local Candidates considered for this role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:?
Maintains mission critical networks in optimal operation performance
Implements software patches, security fixes, tests and validates modified system configurations
Troubleshoots complex hardware and software problems in support of end-users
Processes, documents and coordinates resolutions of issues with Helpdesk staff
Installs, configures and upgrades client workstation operation systems and applications
Plans, tests, and implements Local and Wide Area Network development specifications
Ensures compliance with standards for systems software and documentation
Monitors system reliability and availability
Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment
Qualifications:
Applicant must have 3+ years’ experience in the following areas:
Systems Administrator Role
Experience in Infrastructure technologies and Administration
Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Office Applications
Microsoft Windows Server (2008r2 – 2012r2)
o Active Directory; Group Policy; DNS; DHCP; RAS; SQL
VMWare Vsphere ESXi 5.0+ Administration
Microsoft Networking Protocols
Data backup and disaster recovery
Fundamental LAN and WAN networking concepts
Identifying opportunities for use of solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Documenting and maintaining configuration and processing information
Skills in:
Analytical and problems solving skills
Verbal and written communication
Customer service
Troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of technical issues
Identifying and interpreting end user issues
Ability to:
Analyze and diagnose problems related to operating and network systems and develop effective solutions
Understand complex interrelated technology and software functions
Enhance and maintain operating systems and related software to optimize computer performance
Install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Consult on issues and requests from end users
Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Work collaboratively in teams and across organization
Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
Work efficiently and meet deadlines
Provide technical assistance to employees, colleagues and customers
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other entities and with the public

Data Security and Backup
