Job Description:
This role requires shift work: Typical hours: Front half of week days; back half of week days. The shift will alternate 4 - 12 hour days one week and 3 - 12 hour days the next week.
6pm – 6am OR 6am – 6pm (likely evening and could be either front end of the week or back end)
Required Experience:

Experience troubleshooting computer systems issues. Technical experience supporting Enterprise Infrastructure (Unix, Windows Server, Network, Database, Cloud)
Familiarity with an Incident Management tools such as HP Service Manager or equivalent.
Great communications (oral, written, type), PC and phone skills required - these skills will be tested
Candidates should be great problem solvers, vocal leaders and great written communication skills.
Prior technology experience is required in either networking, Unix, Windows or Database. AWS experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to multitask while actively engaged in listening to incident call details
Candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Candidate should be able to notate accurate call details/timeline while on incident call • Productive in a team-oriented environment


Position Duties:

The Incident Manager (IM) facilitates critical incident bridges and helps support and development teams resolve computer systems, network and other operational problems.
Top skills: AWS (certification is preferred), Itel & Agile
