Job Description:
Our client in Lexington, MA is looking for a solid Client Server/Application Support analyst to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for trouble shooting, finding the cause of the error, and working with the correct individuals to get the issue resolved.
SKILLS:
Biotech and GMP experience is a must and excellent communication skills are required.
Focus is on Client Server Support.
Knowledge of networking, Citrix, Active Directory, MS IIS (Internet Information Server), Windows Server and databases (MS SQL and Oracle) are required.
Experience with the following Applications is desired:
CMMS(Calibration Management Systems), AMEGA, ValGenesis, EDMS (QUMAS Doc Compliance), LIMS (LabWare), BMS (Building Management Systems), Google enterprise Search, and iHistorian/iFIX
