Job Description :
Experience with engineering best practices to include analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying and supporting software solutions and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades
IT Service Management engineering or administration, desirable on Cherwell Service Management
Understanding of IT Service Management processes and execution - must have
Ability to learn on the fly
A tenacious self-starter and determined problem solver
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work with a limited set of requirements
Naturally collaborative and experience working on an agile team
Ability to explain technical solutions to technical teams and non-technical teams
Six-plus years of experience
Understanding of ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Configuration Management
Preferred Skills:
An eye for a good user experience
Experience working with SAFe
Experience with work management tools such as Team Foundation Server or Jira
End-to-end understanding of IT Lifecycle management
