Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of Cloud Computing – IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
Working customer requests that come in via ticketing systems and phone calls
90% in ticketing queue; 10% in team meetings
We are the sole support team for the MS Azure division; Fanatical support for Azure offering.
The technology used is cutting edge from a web app hosting perspective. You will gain exposure working on wide spread technologies and see different customer use cases.

Required Skills
3-5+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator / Engineer role.
Experience in Microsoft Azure (6mo – 1yr minimum)
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory
Experience in scripting specifically PowerShell.
Experience in the Azure components & APIs.
Working knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and Linux
Knowledge of databases (SQL Server and MySQL)
Knowledge of relevant web services, mail, backup, and application monitoring
Good knowledge of networking fundamentals
Good knowledge of application developments using Agile, and DevOps good practices

Preferred Skills:
70-533 (Azure Implementation Cert.
70-534 (Azure Architecting Cert
Linux expertise would be a big plus
Performance will be measured based on KPI’s (ticket numbers; NPS quality)
