Require Skills:
o Must have strong experience on Web Services and REST

o Prior experience in Telecomm Industry is highly preferred

o Experience with Rally Product Owner Training ( or similar)
o Good Knowledge of SPLUNK
o Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst, and/or Owner
o Strong organizational & management skills , including the ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing initiatives
o Good understanding of lean/ agile & waterfall development methodologies
o Demonstrated abilities to drive & deliver results
o Excellent written, verbal, web and face to face communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
o Serve as the primary IT Liaison by working directly with Business Product Owner (BPO) and / or other stakeholders on assigned solutions(s) in various stages from definition of parent level user stories through launch of product or feature
o Establishes & maintains relevant to the market through interaction with users & collaboration with BPO, the technology & dev teams, QA , and the user experience team, to ensure the solutions delivered to the market meet the requirements and expectations established by the market and / or the business.
o Works with software engineering teams , BPO(s), and users, using agile methodologies, to define requirements, prioritize features, provide business guidance, and perform acceptance testing, for newly developed software products as well as enhancements to existing products.
o Prioritizes work based on the value provided to the customer & to the market required.
o Serves as Product owner partner for agile scrum team, including ownership of the backlog, providing input at the iteration Planning, and the ability to promptly produce user stories and supporting artifacts in fast paced , rapid delivery, multi-project environment
Essential Responsibilities:
o Create and own governance framework in the systems engineering domain , which includes but not limited to, defining metrics for measuring scope of work , the cost of the work & quality of the work.
o Status reporting & communication
o Aligning with architecture organization to ensure that the solutions are translated into specifications that can be used to develop software
o Ensure that governance model encompasses solution & specifications
o Work with other organizations to streamline the workflows & processes
o Collaborates with technical teams to produce technical user stories based on approved business cases, Minimal viable products(MVP’s) & Minimal marketable features (MMF’s) as defined by BPO; prioritizes development requirements
o Serves as a product expert and understands the market and user workflow; works with IT development to deliver solutions to meet end user and market needs
o Oversees product releases in a agile environment, working with Release Management to deliver on commitments
o Champions user centered design, to help ensure that solutions are based on best practices, including working with UX team to develop wireframes and use case / scenarios
o Monitors the solution development progress, iterates the solution requirements with technology & quality assurance to ensure customer needs, schedule & budgets are met.
o Contributes to the development of business cases and business / market requirements , addressing market opportunities.
o Collaborates with BPO to ensure BPO is supported on the go to market plans , including market facing roadmaps to communicate vision as well as any materials or training necessary for the BPO to deliver solution training to internal staff to support launch
