Role:
. The Window 10 system engineer will be responsible for working with the Windows10 project team to help migrate all users to a virtual Windows 10 Desktop
. The engineer will be responsible for creating virtual dedicated Windows 10 desktops and add users into our Windows 10 virtual desktop pool
. The engineer will be responsible for working with individual users to migrate them off their current desktop to their new virtual desktop which will include making sure their files are transferred and they have access to required applications
. The engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise with user migrations
. The engineer may be required to use SCCM to manage to pull reports and application inventory of users
. The engineer will perform device management on our Wyse units and perform Google Chromebook management
Skills:
The Engineer required the server administration skills with Hyper-V experience. The Engiree required Citrix/XenApp knowledge and working experience. The Engineer will be required to directly with the users as part of the project and to be able to communicate effectively with the customers.
Desired:
. 3 to 5 years of work experience in enterprise environment
. Candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in the following:
. Citrix/Xendesktop/XenApp experience
. Virtualization experience /Hyper-V
. SCCM experience
