Responsibilities:
Develop and manage moderate to complex technology systems for internal and external customers
Provide troubleshooting and expertise throughout the IT infrastructure, such as security, networking, servers,
virtualization, and storage technologies
Contribute technical support for internal users and remote WAN customers
Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience with systems and/or network management experience
Experience with routers, switched, dynamic routing and other network related equipment and technologies
Experience managing VMWare, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Internet Information Server
and other related infrastructure systems
Knowledge of modern OS architecture concepts and communications
Knowledge of entire technology lifecycle
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent technical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of regularly compliance, such as PCI DSS or SOX is preferred
Knowledge of finance and credit card systems is preferred
