Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer Microsoft products such as Active Directory, System Center Configuration Manager, Office365;
Create and maintain Operational Procedure Manuals related to servers, data backup, disaster recovery, and overall infrastructure architecture diagrams;
Provide global support for remote infrastructure at mine sites; Interact with vendors, services providers, and other contractors to troubleshoot and effectively remediate issues related to infrastructure.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an infrastructure support role as a system engineer;
Extensive knowledge and experience with Windows servers (MCSE preferable) and Microsoft products, specifically SCCM
