Total 10+ years’ experience with 5+ years of System Analyst experience
Experience working with telecom provisioning and field operation applications
Experience working with APIs/Services and Integration
Experience with writing user stories and working in Agile mode
Capable of leading discussions to identify and address business requirements and obstacles
Must have extremely strong data analytical skills; capable of utilizing SQL and SQL based tools and able to draw accurate conclusions from data
Capable of producing and presenting information in graphical formats
Strong organization skills are required, with demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks
Must be able to able to manage priorities, and work in a self-directed manner, and deliver work product on time
Must possess superior computer skills, with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access, including the ability to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets
