This position is responsible for the technical support and maintenance of Bank’s LOS Commercial applications and interfaces. The Systems Analyst provides daily administration, code updates/promotions, system upgrades and patches, connectivity, etc. He/she plays an integral role in managing product changes from the vendor and testing packages prior to implementation into production. He/she maintains multiple environments and ensures all environments are in synch. May create SQL queries, custom reports and HTML.
Responsible for systems upgrades, enhancements and patches across multiple environments. Works with the business and vendors to understand business and system requirements and understands product changes. Lead and/or participant in testing and implementing changes into all environments.
Build and maintain system documentation, procedures and guidelines for technical support, Help Desk and others. In addition, this position may be backup for other business applications.
Four year college degree required and 3+ years of technical support experience in a commercial loan origination system environment. Strong communication skills, especially the ability to listen actively.
Excellent analytical and proven problem solving skills. Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise in application systems. Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and changing business requirements.
Excellent prioritization skills with taking the initiative and lead with project activities. Excellent written technical documentation experience. Experience using SQL, XML and/or HTML/JavaScript or equivalent tools.
